[summer rolls are the best option when inviting vegan friends]

rice paper
Rice noodles
vegatables (and fruit) eg. carotts, Avocado, cucumber, spinach, Kiwi, pomegranate
iceberg salad
prawns 
coriander

Sauce:
peanut butter
Rice vinegar
Soja sauce
sugar

fry the prawns. Cut the veggies and fruit.

cover the rice noodles with boiling water for a few minutes. Remove the water.
Put the rice paper in lukewarm water.

spread the rice paper. Start filling with the colourful ingredients such as prawns. Add the vegatables, salad and rice noodles.

start folding the summer rolls top and bottom. Follow with the sides.
