SIZES

*Which ring sizes are available?

Rings are adjustable in size.
The smallest setting is 17mm (diameter), corresponding to European ring size 53.

*Bracelets – what lenghts are available?

Bracelets are adjustable in size.
They can be shortened if you wish. Please contact me in advance before ordering.
If you prefer a long bracelet, please contact me in advance before placing your order. I will check if all materials are in stock. Please allow at least three weeks as your bracelet will be custom-made.

*Necklaces – what lenghts are available?

48cm, 60cm, 70cm and 80cm are available, all at the same price.
Choose your lenght during the ordering process.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PACKAGING

*How much is shipping?

We send with Österreichische Post incuding a tracking number.
Shipping to Austria is 4 Euro. If your order exceeds 50 Euro, no shipping fee is charged within Austria.
Shipping to Germany is 13 Euro.

*How long does shipping take?

After your order is placed and paid, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to check the status here.

*Is it possible to return products?

return form

Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanched.

Please note: Returned products must be unused and sent back with the original packaging. Please include the return form in your parcel. Please send it with tracking number. KAFFEEHAUS AM RING is not responsible for the loss or damage of parcels sent back to us. Please cover for postage. We will not accept freight forward shipping.

For exchange please include the return form in your parcel and order the desired item.

*Is gift-packaging available?

Each product will be delivered in gift-packaging.

*Is it possible to pick up my order at your studio?

Unfortunately not.

*Which methods of payment are possible?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

*How can I place a custom-made order?

Place your inquiry directly via mail or at Galerie Unik.at store (1080 Vienna, Josefstädter Straße 40, Austria). Custom-made objects take time. at least three weeks to process.

*I have damaged my ring/ I lost one earring. Is there a chance to order spare parts oder repair my jewelry.

Place your inquiry including a picture via mail. I will contact you, whether is is possible and if there are extra costs. In case of repair, you will have to send the jewelry piece at your own cost or bring it to a design fair.

MATERIAL & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

*What materials are used?

Porcelain, polymers, brass.

*Is the porcelain tableware dishwasher safe?

The porcelain tableware is dishwasher safe.

*How do I care for my jewelry?

The best way to care for your jewelry is to simply polish it from time to time with a soft, dry cloth (without any polishing or cleaning agents).

After wearing your jewelry, always put it back into the supplied jewelry bag or another suitable jewelry box.

This does not apply for bracelets. Please remove jewelry before showering, taking a bath, swimming, sports and at night. Avoid contact with toiletries, perfumes or detergents.

 

WARRANTY

*Is there a warranty?

We offer warranty 24months from the day of purchase. The warranty covers mistakes in the making process. Damages due to unproper usage or transport (e.g. scratches, breakage, broken chains, soilage) and unauthorised changes of the products are not included in warranty.

*Is my product handmade?

Your product is handmade in as many steps as possible. My studio is in Vienna. Here you can find out more.

*When does the next design fair take place?

*Where can I buy all product series?

Galerie Unik.at(1080 Vienna, Josefstädter Straße 40) is the only shop offering all product series in large range and stock. Shopping at Galerie Unik.at, you support workplaces for the disabled.

Other partnerstores sell selected series and products. The Shopfinder gives you an overview, what you can buy where.
