LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If you have not received your order within 4 weeks after the shipping date, please contact me.
Refunds or replacements will only be granted if a complaint is made about the goods that have not arrived or are damaged within four weeks of dispatch.
The shipping of returned items has to be paid by the customer.
In case you receive a damaged product, please send me a picture and you will get a free replacement (if the product is in stock) or a full refund including the shipping costs.
Please double check your address during ordering. I am not responsible for lost orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete address. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fees.
Customers can return goods within 14 days upon receipt. Before returning the items, the cancellation must be submitted in writing. You can send a notice of withdrawal within 14 days without giving reasons

In the case of a valid revocation the purchase price will be refunded as soon as the products have been received by the seller.

Individual productions and personalized goods cannot be returned.
The product remains my property until full payment has been made.
