Payment Methods
I only accept payment through Paypal and bank transfer. This does not apply for discount offers.
Paypal Payment is required within 48 hours after purchase. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and relisted after 3 days.
Bank tranfer is only possible within Europe. The bank transfer has to be completed within 5 days. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and relisted after 7 days.
I offer orders via mail and phone, but they take longer. Offers via phone and mail have to be paid via bank transfer. The bank transfer has to be completed within 5 days. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and relisted after 7 days.
All listed prices do not include shipping costs.
According to the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) the sales tax (VAT) is not listed and will not be added, due to the status of a small business.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 4-7 business days AFTER payment has been received with the Austrian mail. I cannot control the delivery time. If you have not received your order 10 days after puchase, please contact me for your mail transaction code.
If you purchase more than one item, you only have to pay once for shipping.
Please double check the shipping address during the ordering process.
Each product will be wrapped up nicely as a present, but all items will be sent together.
Beeing environmentally friendly I reuse shipping packaging.
Please contact me in advance, if you want your orders shipped to other countries than Austria or Germany.

Germany: 13,90 Euro
Custom fees / International shipping
Export to non-EU countries may result in custom duties on buyer’s account. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be. I’m not responsible for these charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
