Sweet potatoe gnocchi with butter and sage - you will love them

[Honestly i am not a huge fan of cooking and eating italian – but i instantly fell in love with those gnocchi]

500g Sweet potatoes
1 Egg
aprox. 300g flour
Salt
nutmeg
Butter
sage leaves
Parmesan cheese

wash, peel and cut the sweet poatoes. cook until soft.

mash the sweet potatoes. Mix with flour, nutmeg, salt and egg. If the dough is to sticky, add flour.

Make gnocchi. Add a pattern using a fork. Wash and cut sage.

fry the sage leaves in butter.

you can freeze gnocchi

cook the gnocchi in salted water until they rise to the surface. This will take approximately 2 minutes.

fry the gnocchi in sage and butter. Add parmesan cheese. enjoy.
