SIZES / LENGTHS
*What ring sizes are available?
All rings are adjustable in size. The smallest possible setting is 17mm in diameter, which corresponds to ring size 53.
* What necklace lengths are available?
Available lengths are 48cm, 60cm, 70cm, and 80cm, and the price does not change based on the length. The necklace length can be selected when placing your order.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, PACKAGING & PAYMENT METHODS
*How much is postage?
We send with Österreichische Post only.
Shipping within Austria is €4.99 for orders under €70. Shipping to Germany is a flat rate of €16 per order.

*Can I track my package?
Shipping takes place after receipt of payment. After shipping, a tracking number will be sent via email.
*Can I return products?
Custom-made items are excluded from returns and exchanges.
Please note: Returned products must be in their original condition: jewelry cards, pouches, or boxes must be completely intact. The products must be new and unworn. Please include the return form in the package. The package should be shipped with a tracking number, as KAFFEEHAUS AM RING cannot assume liability in the event that the package is lost in transit. Packages sent without prepaid shipping (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.
For an exchange, the item must be returned (please enclose the completed return form) and the other product must be ordered anew.
*Can I also pick up my product in person?
Unfortunately, local pickup is not available.
*What payment options are available?
PayPal or Bank transfer.
Custom orders
*How/ where can I place a custom order?
An inquiry can be made via email or through Galerie Unik.at (1080 Vienna, Josefstädter Straße 40, www.unik.at). Custom orders take time.
MATERIAL & jewelry care
*Which materials are used?
Porcelain, plastic, brass.
*is the porcelain dishwasher safe?
yes, of course.
*What are the care instructions for jewelry?
The products can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth (without polishing or cleaning agents).
The included packaging is the best place for transporting and storing the jewelry pieces.
With the exception of the bracelets, the jewelry pieces should be removed when showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, and at night. The jewelry pieces will last longer if they do not come into contact with personal care products, perfume, or cleaning agents.

*Is there a guarantee?
All products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all manufacturing and workmanship defects. It does not cover scratches, damage caused by external factors (jewelry broken from being dropped, bent jewelry, snapped chains), dirt, improper storage and transport, unauthorized modifications, or wear and tear.
HANDMADE PRODUCTION
*Which parts of the production are handcrafted?
As much as possible. The studio is located in Vienna, Ottakring.
