Bundt cake

Bundt cake – with egg nogg and chocolate

[Reuse all the chocolate leftovers from Easter or Christmas in a lovely bundt cake. ]

125g flour 125g sugar 125g Butter 1 Egg 2 Tsp baking powder 100ml Egg nogg chocolate leftovers

Preheat the oven (160°C). Use butter for the baking tin. Use your mixer to make a dough out of eggs, sugar, butter, egg nogg, baking powder and flour.

Put half the mixture in the baking tin. Add chocolate leftovers. Add the rest of the mixture. Put some more chocolate leftovers on top.

Bake aproximately for 30 minutes.

Let it cool.

Serve and enjoy.
